How does telehealth work?
We use a HIPAA-compliant application called doxy.me to provide telehealth services. It is easy to use from a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet or cellular access.
1. Please click the link above at your appointment time.
2. Choose 'yes' when the app asks to access your camera and microphone (otherwise we won't be able to see or hear you).
3. Enter your FIRST and LAST NAME when prompted. You will be placed in a virtual waiting room queue.
4. Sometimes you may have to wait. If you feel you have been waiting too long please access the chat feature and message us. Please do NOT hang up and log back in repeatedly as this places you at the bottom of the queue.
